We want you to love your Cult Gaia pieces, but if you are not perfectly satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags and hygiene seals still attached to ensure a valid return.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
